Obvious common sense. |
How surprising! Such irrefutable evidence. What am i to say to that? How about one is a semi dead franchise and the other gets releases almost every year?

Lol, he's back from the dead and turned to the dark side! |
Like the young people say these days "kill it before it lays eggs"
and for those talking about which franchise is more famous, Type "Do a barrel roll" in the google search. Exactly.

Doesn't give it any more widespread recognition. That's like saying Nathan Drake is more recognizable than Link because his games sell better, but in this case people do use common sense for whatever reason. |
Most people who say they use common sense, don't actually. There are studies on this. Same thing with people refering to themselves as not racist for example. So no it doesn't work that way.

To be honest I kind of liked the guy. A bit intense but always entertaining. He turned out to be a Sony guy after all, it's tragic. |
Really? lol that can't be right, hope not! He called anyone saying anything good about Sony or bad about Nintendo or however he viewed it, different names with all the alts he kept on making..

Well, at least he made a name for himself! But nah I'm kidding. My sig is from something else, I'll let people guess. |
Is it a certain weasel that shall not be mentioned?
mZuzek said:
Erm, no. Fox might not be the most recognizable character ever, but he has at least some presence in the not gamer world, where Ratchet is unknown at best. |
I'm not sure the main charecter of a series that's sold 20 - 30 million units could be considered "unknown at best" :p Even amoung non-gamers.
The Lombax, Ratchet.

mZuzek said: I wonder why people feel the need to point out the quality of the games here. Look, I'll admit I've never played a Ratchet & Clank game and know very little about them, but considering what I've heard about them it's undeniable and obvious that they have more quality than Star Fox, which only has one stellar game. But as far as I understand this argument is about who's the better character, not the better game. |
the better game produces better characters, this include villains as well. Ratchet.
