 LOL! It took a couple of seconds, but that is just hillarious. It conveys the Euphoria engine quite perfectly!

I would rather the wii to have dmm than euphoria.

Actually I was quite excited about the euphoria engine when we first saw it. But the more videos I see of it in action, the less interested I become.

On topic: Why is anyone surprised? The instant they announced PS2 and Wii versions in the works was there any question it'd be a PS2 port (with maybe enhanced lighting effect)

the porting does NOT matter so long as they build the wii controls properly

at the end of the day, it doesn't really matter that the graphics are a little worse since it's a ps2 port than if they had built it for the wii from the ground up

if they nail the controls, then it will be a great game and you will have FUN with it...which is the whole point of playing the game...fun, not eye candy

Why didn't Lucas Art just build it for the PS2, and then port it to all of the other systems. Much cheaper that way. No need to add all of that extra cost.

Oh wait. I realize now why that won't work. Not enough b/c on the PS3, so the ported PS2 game wouldn't run on that system!

Haha, awesome. The PS2 will haunt you all in your dreams, this damn console is gonna last till the end of the gen. PS2 FTW. If your not a graphics whore PS2 is still a good alternative to next gen. I would love if Sony went all out to promote their 3 pieces of hardware as a group, like they are doing with MLB 08 The Show. Would it be financially feasible to aggressively support the PS2 and the PS3 at the same time? PS2 as a Wii alternative and PS3 as the future?

Given the PS2 continued sales.... I wonder how much of that is due to people wanting a PS2 compared to the shortages of wii...

The Wii actually helped the PS2 to live...

I don't see the PS2 dying until 2009, 2010, meaning we will get ports on both plateforms until then.

It's also a part of Sony's strategie : good old PS2 "countering" a bit the Wii, while PS2 games not paying supported by PS3 make the PS2 even more alive.

Until 2009-2010 when PS3 is wide spread and Sony will go for the kill.
