Not for me, to be honest. Then again; it doesn't take all that much to beat 2014, which was a really poor gaming year imo.

At present, (assuming they come out in 2015, which is sadly a bold assumption) my buy list is:

Definitely:

- Zelda U

- Xenoblade Chronicles X

- Yoshi's Woolly World

- Splatoon

- F.A.S.T. Racing Neo

- 90s Arcade Racer

Maybe:

- Devil's Third

Probably in a few years if I get a PS4/Xbone:

- Uncharted 4

- Halo 5

- Batman Arkham Knight

Yes, especially for Nintendo fans
If most of these games are as good as they are hyped to be and/or not delayed, I think we could have one of the greatest years of gaming in a while

It definitely has the potential to be one of the greatest years. Of course delays could mess that up, but we'll see.

It should be a solid year for me: between Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate, Xenoblade Chronicles X, and both Zeldas, that's 300 hours of gaming or more. Splatoon, Star Fox, and possibly Kirby will round things out.

Writing it like this, there's no way in hell i'm getting Alpha Sapphire. I guess gen III remains a no-go for me, but i'd be too RPG-oversaturated if i did.

Plus, once Monster Hunter lands, who knows when i'd next have a chance to replay some old games, whereas i'll finish up Bayonetta 1 and 2 before the month is out, and maybe have 6 weeks to dig into some old stuff.

My favorite gaming year will always be 2001, that was the year I got my N64. That said, 2015 seems like an amazing year so far, it could be a close second.

That's pretty much it, I'll most likely just get like 5 or 6 games from this list because I don't shit cash, but I'll do my best to enjoy myself.
