When the woman opened the box and saw what was inside- her first reaction was shouting out loudly "Holy shit!!!"

Why do we care about all those non-event ? Just because they're a console involved ?

Well, maybe is too show the similarity between some of Sony PR and priest discurses...

And about selling returns as news, that probably isn't legal (at least in Brazil I'm almost certain), if the box was sold it left inventory so when coming back it can't be returned as the same because there is no invoice of the buying. So it also can't be sold as the same. Very dirt pratice.

i think thats why the women and the man with the stones before got their money back so easy, its a shady practise and they got catched doing it.

I read about that a little while ago. Maybe stores just need to check their returns. haha

is it allowed to sell a returned thingy without saying it was returned?

Most stores won't to tell you but sometimes you can tell by the extra scotch tape on a box.

dont they have laws in the us of a?

State statutes usually point to company policy i.e. Companies make the laws. Similar to labor laws in the US but it depends on the state really. Your question is liking asking if the EU has laws.

Bibles are cool, but that's not what she payed for.

How did that even happen is what I'm wondering. Did she buy a used one and somehow they convinced the retail that it was legit without even seeing the system inside?

I'm skeptical.

1st two stones and now a bible, I wonder what will be the next thing???
