November NPD was pretty underwhelming but maybe Dec performed much better, I hope so at least

Not sure how Wii U's are selling in Down Under, but Smash and Amiibo's are doing really well. Last time I checked Amiibo's were sold out (bar Mario and Pikachu at Eb games) and the huge stack of Smash Bros U at Big W and Target are gone.

Thank you spurge for the information,there was an ugly situation,many stores were having a anemic stock,others didn't have it(whole countries didn't have it) and weren't ordering it or were ordering a few,they were ordering as much as they could sell,as a result nintendo undershiping in my opinion...

I know many friends that were not thinking on buying a new gen console at all and now they are pretty interested on Wii U, and i think that the mainstream opinion about the console has change a lot since 2013, now Wii U is not a joke anymore, there´s more respect around it. I have faith on 2015 sales.

I'm more interested in the Wii U's new baseline for sales. I wonder if SSBU did what Mario Kart 8 did for the baseline... (I actually highly doubt it, but...)
