Forums - Gaming - Top 10 Exclusive's Sales of 2014 (So Far)! 7 Games Are On Nintendo Platforms! A Remake is #1, A Port is #5, and...

Not surprising, Nintendo have always been strong with exclusives (its all their is to buy =P ). Helps that both MS and Sony are still transitioning to new consoles.
Next year should do well but not close to this year, I would say 4 or 5 Ninty exclusives on the list.

Kinda funny to see how much Japan dominates this list, Japan is so diiferent to the west. So many exclusives because no 2 consoles are the same, aimed at the same crowd. The west focus on the big 2 in Xbox One and PS4, both which have sold well and both that aim at very similar crowds.

ok. now make a bestseller list and leave out handhelds. cause as is nintendo has only 1 console game on that list

Would still look similar, although on a lower overall level, due to lack of exclusives on the competing consoles

Why? It isn't our problem that PSVita didn't bring up any game. Many multiplats outsell these games, anyway; so it doesn't matter too much.

Simply because handhelds at on their way out.

With those Software sales? Nope. Nintendo will still be here at least.

They should do handhelds only and see how many Vita games there are.

With those hardware sales, yes, they are. I think that's why Nintendo is thinking of combining their handheld and console for their next iteration.

I don't get why are you including both handheld and consoles? Why aren't you doing them separately? They aren't the same thing. Oh right, want to make Nintendo look good.

No they aren't the same thing in terms of HW, but they both play games. There are even some games that could be played on  both....

Depends on whats combined, but even ignoring that, how can they be on their way out? I get the major decline + Tablets/smartphones/etc, but it still has been making Money for Nintendo especially with Software Sales, No matter Wat, i see the next Nintendo HH doing over 40mil. That alone will keep HH alive, especially with software sales continuing what they are doing^
