All of these numbers seem unbelievable and undertracked. Since when do console sales go down on the second week of december? And apparently wiiU is now down YoY in the US now. I guess it's going to end up undertracked by a good margin in December's NPD like last year.



Predictions for LT console sales:

PS4: 120M

XB1: 70M

WiiU: 14M

3DS: 60M

Vita: 13M

That was the dragon quest heroes bundle. A one time boost and not a sign of anything in particular, other than when the game actually launches there won't be as big a hardware boost because it already happened. 

Interesting that without this japan boost Ps4 would also be down week on week.

What was bundled here, since the game won't come out until Feb 15? Did they get a download voucher or something?
All I know is that there was a Dragon Quest themed PS4.

Yep, that's what I understand. They have a download voucher which activates in Feb.

It will happen.  Its turning into a two console gen, so its inevitable.

More like a 1 console gen

And if you discount the WiiU the PS4 has a 63% marketshare.

Forgive me if someone responded already to this but the "New 3ds" boosted sales in Japan and Australia, also I believe since the 2ds plays 3ds games those numbers are included. That's why the 3ds sales are so high.

Base don vg numbers, their early holiday numbers.  They will be adjusted 3 times before shipments are reveled and they go back and re adust agian.
