Could happen but idk if they think that wii games being remastered is worth the investment on the wiiU since people can easily buy the wii version and play that on the wiiU unless the graphics are just that different

The general principle stands; unless they make a completely new Mario Galaxy game to go along/prepare the way for, the remakes would be a waste of time and resource.
