If I was a pc gamer, yea. Since im not id just think it was cool but stupid.
Nope. While I own all MS systems and will get XBO (along with PS4 as I have a Wii U now) they never really brought something I feel I could not get anywhere else with rare exceptions. Nintendo esp and Sony to a lesser extent gives me something I can't get other than those systems.
So when XBO becomes a brand of a service it will be another Zune kinda thing. Even if it's good just better stuff out there. Zune HD was darn good and people liked the service. Still didn't convince people to choose it over itunes.
XB won't win against Steam.
By streaming? Yeah, then I could have a PS4 + the best of xbox one (so basically Halo, the occasional fable and Gears)
No. I don't want my games on anything but as disc check or steam. Requirment this requirment that. Just like Halo 2 PC "requiring" Vista. I learned my lesson when MS requires some other shit to run on PC.
Sure why not. Would save me from actually buying an X1.
If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.
| zero129 said: So just like in the title if MS was to Release an Xbox Live app (Not GFWL) Exclusively on Windows 10 and it could play all X1 games (Pretty much turning your PC into an X1) would you use it? My answer yes id love it and use both it and steam xD |
Kind of imposibiru, unless the Xbox business going down. But if it's comes, then there is no more Xbox One Console on Market, so i guess no one have a choice and Xbox fan will have to play on PC, but for me why not because i have a PC.

Depends on what it is.
A service = fee ? NOPE
Some kind of $50 app that lets me play XBO games with my bluray drive? Yes.

That would be awesome, but I think they are going for something like Remote Play. The app would let you stream gameplay from your Xbox One to tour PC.
There is just no way a traditional PC gamer is going to pay to use any Xbox services when Steam is free... but, if you can extend Xbox One services to PC via streaming, that would be a great benefit to people with the system and would be a decent answer to Sony's remote play features.
Oh yeah, this would also be like something that I was expecting from Steam Machines. I had expected these machines to stream games from PC to TV similar to Nvidia Shield.
That would be pretty awesome but obviously dip into X1 sales.
At the very least I'd like to see MS using their streaming service for 360 and PC games.
