sorry, but i don't trust "insider" statements anymore. official statement or i don't belive it.

We dont know yet if it's happening or not, no one believe in here, they just predicting. It's just a rumor but based on real intention of the Developer. So it can be realize  if Publisher allow it. And dont compare with VII or Shenmue, because the game on OP it's a port that might actually happen, better  then FF VII "Remake ".

Another (older) comment from the same insider I found in the thread:

Some others too but will not say those just yet. This isn't including partnerships which wouldn't really be third party. It's okay though guys, Sony doesn't have any money. Poor people for a reason. Lockstarter? Who has even heard of them? Exactly.

Having said that, the larger focus is on improving their first party teams and taking things from there.

Coincidentally it's going to take until 2016 to get any information on the real megatons, lol. How far along are these in development? Are the names completely written down on a piece of paper yet or are we still waiting for that.

I may be buying a PS4 earlier than i thought.
