Is it really that good? I really liked SMTIV on 3DS, and I've heard from many people that Nocturne is even better!

I much prefered Nocturne (or Lucifer's Call) over SMTIV but maybe whichever is the first one you play you'll prefer. But I think it's worth for you to try! And I think you can get it for pretty cheap.
