Well 4570k was over 200 euros in my country (Latvia) while mine cost around 160. I don't OC and games can't use more than 4460 anyway. And seeing how relatively weak the new consoles are CPU wise I don't see use for any more CPU power.

That's a whole lot of misconception there. Consoles have a very low level API which unburdens the CPU substantially. That's why PC CPUs need to be strong. Not talking uber i7 strong but they need some punch. My 3570k goes up to over 85% when I'm playing DAI and it is quite a bit more powerful than anything in the consoles. Something like a 4460 is certainly not futureproof for this gen. And there will be a lot of highly unoptimized PC ports that will make the CPUs their bitch.
