Only for the Kung-Foot minigame, Legends deserve a 10/10

What does metacritic have to do with the sales of the game, though?

A biased review of a non Mario, 3rd party, Ubisoft platformer? This has to be some kind of low.

Legends is a solid 9/10 for me if they removed the god awful murphy levels, so i'd have to give it 8.8. But for me it's the best 2d platformer since Super Mario World on the snes

Hogwash! I say, hogwash! This is easily an 8.5-9. People and their damn opinions,lol.

Having played over 100 similar games, I would put Rayman Legends near the top. It's better than any sonic game and in my opinion more fun than Mario U(possibly because Mario U is so similar to all previous mario games).

Rayman Legend's specific case is different that other Rayman releases, so to me, it can't be comparable on just namesake alone. The game was touted originally as an exclusive, delayed, ported to 7 different consoles at different points in their lifecycles, I'm sure all that abnormality contributed to its abnormal sales.

Thanks Rol for saving me from buying this. I was considering buying it but somehow Rayman never really appealed that much to me. Neither does Mario nor Kim Possible nor Kasierschmarrn, bus thats a different story.

is a perfect game for those who love the chalenge of plataformers.
played 110h, got it 100%, and also i still play the week chalenges.
I love plataformers, and i have lots of fun with this. With rayman legends, DKCTF, and some indies, im feeling like in the SNES.
