Has anyone seen a tier list yet?

I wanted to do a little homework so I can prepare for our compitition. lol

tier list? I'm not sure I follow

Top tier: Mr. Game & Watch and Olimar.
2nd tier: Metaknight, Captain Falcon
3rd tier: rest

I mean, that's what I got so far. I haven't even unlocked Sonic yet. Also, I'm biased. Also, I just made this all up, but those are my homies. Booyah. I'm sure you can find what you're looking for on smashboards, but those people are EVIL.

In tournaments at my house I'm banning Final Destination, all Melee stages, and Fox. Other than that, no rules.

What does tier mean?

There will be no tier list for a very long time. Tier lists in Smash are made from results of competitive tournaments, and there have been none yet.

It is impossible for a tier list to come out befor the game has been released worldwide. I dare you ask that question at SmashBoards xD

Trust me, I'm aware of that. I was thinking more along the lines of a fan-made tier list by someone who imported the game. I was just wondering if anyone has seen something like that around.

I dont think it will change much from Melee's tier list with fast characters (Fox, Sheik) being in the top tier and big, slow characters being in the lower tier.

Why do you need a tier list?

yes, at least 9 r assumed top. this is good.

To get a better understaning of the characters I will be seeing in the game.
