I knew this was a 20th anniversary console thread before i walked in. These i wanted to get it and tried but couldn't rants needs to go away.

Whats funny, is that being that so many couldn't get one and that getting one was a nightmare to begin with, pretty much means its lived up to its "limited" status.

Not everyone was ever supposed to get their hands on it, and only the most die hard, ingenious or just darn lucky (weather their intentions were good or bad) are the ones that deserve to get the console.

What a pointless thread. Guy that doesn't support Sony makes a thread hating on Sony because his "die-hard" friends can't get a special edition console that hundreds of thousands of other people are trying to get.

If they're considering skipping out on PS, then they can't really be die-hard fans.

If anything I think sony didn't make it exclusive enough and rare enough. If I were sony, I would have made the chassis of the console from anodized aluminium instead of plastic, then box will include, the camera, the sand, two controllers and a gold wireless PSheadset and lastly, i lifetime voucher code for PS+. So basically, as long as you have the PS account that you redeemed the code on, you have a lifetime access to PS+, even when the PS5 comes out.

Then price it all for $2000 and make only four thousand of them.

Because video streaming servers and e-commerce servers and database servers are exactly the same.

Also streaming a video and accessing a database are the same thing.

Maybe I think so because that's what I do for a living. I see you have absolutely no knowledge of networking at all if you think bandwidth is the only attribute for service providers that can be a chokepoint.

The sole fact that you believe that e-commerce and content streaming are comparable even though they have completely different resources and technologies behind them gives your lack of knowledge away.
