i was in karstadt today (shop in germany) and noticed they dont sell any wii`s for 249€ anymore only for 300€ with wiisports, my Sims and EA playground is this the first wii bundle?

This will disappoint a lot of buyers. They may consider their Wii a bad investment after playing those games.

retailers have been doing this online in US since launch
u have 6-700 bundles with multiple games (usually crappy) and a memory card and a few other stuff in there

i think the difference is that in Germany the wii is quite readily available - or at least was. so it wouldnt be a bundle to "force" things on the consumer, as he would just go to another retailer.
so i guess some people see value in that bundle.

Like Fastrabbit09 said, retails have been doing this since launch. I got my Wii at the Costco launch (a couple weeks after the regular launch) and of course the system was bundled by Costco (all systems Costso sells are bundles).

So far, the worst I've seen is a Wii + Pink PSP bundle (I think it was in USA). Talk about stock riddance.
