Forums - Sony - PS4 Black Friday Bundles Still Not In Stock

Should we be worried about PS4 losing December?

Yes 35 22.73%

No 63 40.91%

Who Cares As Long As They Will Globally 55 35.71%

It actually has been in and out of stock on amazon for the past few days, as soon as they get them they are sold out. It's in high demand and they are having problems getting enough stock.

Gamestop probably requested them, i also think its still being sold in bestbuy.

Microsoft needs to sell more consoles, a lot more. Probably to reduce that PS4 market share and raise more awareness in the US/UK (its their most vocal and important market)

Which is why the XBO bundles are still available, i even saw an ACU bundle with a 1 year subscription at $350 i think on amazon.

Of course they requested them, but why is it taking so long for Amazon to restock? Why wouldn't they request more of a product that sat at #1 for 2 days straight on Black Friday?

Manufacturing issues, or maybe amazon doesnt need them XD

Its the same SKU as the standard PS4, just with some pack-in games.

Yeah, it's not going to win December on Amazon at this rate.

XB1 ACU bundle has climbed to #43 in 2014 best sellers. PS4 bundle is nowhere.

It's also been on sale a lot longer. Besides, the bundle was only up on amazon for a day and nearly cought up the xbox bundle for the month.

I don't see anything now, but yesterday it said they would be in stock on December 10th.

Gotta see the results for November & the margin between the two.

lol

PS4 lost nov and dec. when MS announced 350 XB1s for Nov-Dec

sony has never been competitive with there prices and bundle deals against MS nothing has changed

"no stock for PS4s Black Friday bundle"
welp maybe b/c BF has come and gone? the unity bundle isnt 330 anymore either, it was just a BF thing, stock was just enough to last for BF sony aint gonna take a hit and sell loads of these through Dec.

Agreed. When MS brought the X1's price down to something reasonably matching product quality levels, American consumers were finally willing to pay a fair price for it. November and December NPDs will tell if the PS4 was/can be competitive with the new X1 price point.

We don't even know who won November, it's only 5th of December and already we have talk of Sony losing December?

I think the picture is a bit bigger than what we might think. Last year we had Ps4 stock constraints up until almost the middle of this year. Now Sony has always been selling quite well, with worldwide sales much higher than Xb1. There is a big possibility that we're back to where we was last year this time with stock problems. Not just the Americas but is some more territories.

What I'm saying is that Microsoft had more hardware supplies than Sony to make sure that they would have the US. & UK. stocked.

PS4 bundles are in stock at GameStop online, and they have a free camera deal.

BestBuy also has PS4 bundles stocked.  PS4 is not likely to win on Amazon but while it's out of stock there and in stock elsewhere, it's hard to judge sales form Amazon alone.
