Almost a week has gone by now and we haven't heard anything concrete from the big three, in terms of who won and how much has been sold.

Do you think we will hear anything specific? 

Seems a shame if not. There appears to be fewer official announcements for console sales these days

MS always claim they win when they win... Sony doesn't post PR for BF but I expect something in two days on PS event.

Nintendo usually says something about 3DS.

Well microsoft did say sales were enormous. They dont know how much sony sold so i dont think they can say they sold more than ps4 with confidence. Sony is waiting for 20 million sold before talking. Nintendo has been bragging about pokemon sales so they have talked about the 3ds

i think its clear now, all three are a bunch of pussies.

The only possible reason for this is that everyone lost. All those boxes were empty.

If Sony won, they would wait to make an announcement at the Playstation Experience. If Microsoft won, they would make an announcement prior to the Playstation Experience to draw attention away from Sony. However, there is the possibility that they don't know the exact sales of their competition.

Sony did say they sold over 100k bundles. I bet microsoft sold 750k vs sony's 700k friday week here in the USA. I think it will be close but microsoft will win. Worldwide xbox one 1.1 million compared to sony 1.4 million.

I guess we'll see some PR for November NPD. But yeah, it seems its getting more and more difficult to get numbers these days.

Well, there's still a chance we'll get some today, at least from Sony. If you look it up, Sony released their PR the following Thursday in 2012. Which also makes it strange to me that MS hasn't said anything, yet, as they only waited til Tuesday. Maybe sales were enormous compared to other weeks, but not HUGE.

Maybe they're still busy counting all the money.
