The trailer does have a similar style to the Horizon concept art work, maybe Horizon isn't called Horizon, perhaps it's called Emagon and that relates to the main character you play in the game.

Those graphics are stunning, imagine an open world title that looks like that, PS4 can definitely handle it at 1080p 60FPS.
