I think you mean retailers, and no I already know the bundles that are out there. There are some retailer that sold XB1 for $329 w/ 2 AC games and 1 game of your choice. There was also one with 2 AC games and 2 random games no one cares about. Feel free to check the "mediums" yourself. I'm pretty sure these promos aren't running anymore.

1 month peak != comeback

I'm guess the $349 price tag in the USA will be made permanent, but perhaps only for the vanilla sku. If Xb one goes back to $399 for all skus the sales will crash and MS can't really live with that. With a $50 price advantage I can see sales being pretty even. The question is whether MS will maintain that gap when PS4 drops in price next year.

When the consoles are the same price PS4 leads the market in the USA.

Not sure what the story is in the UK. Does Xb one have a price advantage there?

Also from a generational perspective if xb one "comes back" to split the market more or less 50/50 that actually represents a big comeback for PS when compared to last gen in these two markets. Remember just before the start of the gen, most people were picking a narrow win to xb one in both of these markets?
