Can you play as your amiibo? 

I think i was confused in how the amiibos work in Super Smash. I thought that when nintendo said something like "training them", and "level them up" and do other shit. I though you use it in battles, and kill as many oponents or other modes to gain exp. 

I so far have the kirby amiibo, and it looks soooooooo much better than pictures from youtubers. 

Short answer, no you can't, I'm afraid

They are more like Tamagotchis. You let them battle and to gain exp.

What's interesting is that my amiibos, StabFairy and PrinceBish (Link and Marth respectively), both fight in a similar way to me. They're both around level 37 now and they put up a real fight when I fight against them

Definitely a fan of amiibos, planning on getting quite a few more.
