Train wreck said: It seems that Wii U only people are voting with their wallets...so are third parties towards the system. Its odd since Ubisoft and a good number of 3rd parties, like Warner Bros, utilize the gamepad better then Nintendo, Maybe they feel its not their place to sell the system on its biggest selling feature?

Yeah that's kind of the funny thing Wii U fans crap all over third parties, yet Zombi U, Batman, and Deux Ex probably use the controller better than any Nintendo game not called Nintendo Land, lol.
Third parties don't have time for systems that don't sell their software. It's not a Nintendo bias, third parties dumped the Vita just as quick too. This is a big business, not a charity.
Third parties are under no obligation to grovel at Nintendo's feet because they used to be hot sh*t in the console business 20 years ago. They want this type of third party support? Then go earn it. Market to that audience like Sony/MS do. Interface and work with third parties like Sony/MS do. Give them modern-ish hardware like Sony/MS do. Otherwise Nintendo really doesn't have room to complain.
Third parties will meet you half way, Nintendo is not willing to even go that far though, so third party attitude's towards them are predictable.
People should be happy Ubi Soft released this at all, they certainly didn't have to.
