Playstation TV isn't considered Handheld I would believe. So any boost from that most likely won't be in that number. Would Playstation TV even be tracked by NPD group?

3DS God knows, Vita, well there aren't any systems on shelves to buy, so it's not going to sell many.

Vita TV+Freedom Wars? Not sure if either did in fact do much for hardware, not sure if Vita TV counts as a Vita either considering it's called Playstation TV in the west.

But ya hopefully 3DS did better than 140k, I think Vgchartz got it pretty close for the most part.
