They didn't ship 'about' 10 million units. They've shipped 'nearly'. Which could mean anything between 5 million and 9.9 million.

Just a correction, they said that 'they will have shipped 10m SHORTLY", which doesn't really say anything about how much they've actually shipped.

Pretty sure they are undertracked in France... And more than likely globally... And it'll get worst till next year with the Holliday season..

I'm not so sure about it... In France Overall Gen8 Hardware (PS4+XBO+WiiU+3DS+PSV) was actually overtracked by more than 10% in France for the Jan 1st - Sept 30th timeframe.

Any console undertracked on VGChartz for France would mean many of the others got some huge overtracking.

As others said UK =/= mainland Europe, though I think France will be more kind towards Xbox One and Wii U than the other countries we had hardware infos from (PS4:XBO 7:1 in Spain, more than 5:1 in Germany, etc. in 2014. France won't get such big ratio in my opinion but PS4 is sure leading by a fair margin anyway).

@ OP: Xbox One isn't heavily undertracked in Europe. It could be either slightly overtracked or undertracked since we don't have that many informations, but for sure it isn't heavily undertracked.
