That could possibly happen too. Nintendo seems to prioritize local co-op over online in most titles. So I think it is likely.
The next thing they should work on is Xenosaga HD.

Yeah, I'm sure namco would give them permission. I really wished Square-Enix would let them make Xenogears though. It is a better game than all Xenosaga's, in my opinion, and it really does need a remake (Gen 5.)
