I do seriously believe it will hit the 88-90 range. But I couldn't see it going as high as 92. I really believe SSBU can take the crown this year. I think it will have a 92-93.

Though it still need more reviews (just currently 17), LBP3 is a 79 on meta so far

Goty should really go to smash because people will still be heavily playing that a decade from now... But I'd like it to go to shovel knight.

Bayonetta 2 is only on WiiU and a niche title.
Mario Kart is a family game, won't be considered by most, only on WiiU.
Darks Souls 2 would be a safe bet, but I it's old gen only and will be held back by that.
Smash Bros is a fighting game and has the same "issues" as MK.
Far Cry 4 is great, but is more of the same as FC3.
Dragon Age Inquisition is critically acclaimed, next-gen multiplat, kinda a sleeper hit. It's the safest bet right now.

There is a lack of big hits this year though.

Edit: The way Nintendo wins every poll in VGC, no matter how delusional it sometimes gets, is hilarious.

Why does the GOTY can't be a niche title or a family game ?

Does it have to be necessarily a multi-million multi-plat +18 game ?

Anyway, SSB isn't the same as MK about being a "family game", not at all.

I'm not saying they don't deserve to win GOTY. I'm just saying they won't be considered by most magazine because of the reasons I've listed. My personal GOTY so far is Bayonetta 2 btw, as you can see on my sig.

Velocity 2x is GOTY. The devs already claimed it for 2014 :D
