Any Caddy ATS available there? I tossed one of those around at Texas Motor Speedway on a dealer event, and it was a ton of fun. With the right tires and the electronics shut off it holds pretty well as a comfy drifter.

I literally have zero idea of what's available in JPN.

as tachi pointed out,  the gt86 us a happy candidate for lots of engines,  and actually has an excellent chassis,  standard price in the us is $32,000+ where as in japan,  you can pick one up fresh from the dealership for $19,000 or a dealership approved used one less than 2 years old for $11000,

theyre really not that expensive,  and theyre popular enough that tuning parts are widely available,  you can walk into an autobacs here and wall out with a full racing exhaust system,  fuel management,  larger injectors,  coilovers,  alloys and a turbo kit for the car, and you would have had a choice of several of each.

Also theres about 100 different body kits available,  ill probably go with the widebody variant from aimgain.

@beelite
As i said above, i have cars for sheer power, cars for relaxing, just looking for a decent base to modify conservatively and fly below the radar of the strict shaken testing out here, whilst still handling and having the ride of a normal road car 95% of the time
Not a bone shaker ;)

Seems you are set, just get the 86

mostly kei cars and minivans.

oh and heres the chaser.

Thats one epic car... Next to yours.. Its Lightning McQueen!

Face the future.. Gamecenter ID: nikkom_nl (oh no he didn't!!)

Ah nice, yeah that's tons cheaper than the FRS/BRZ are here, and sounds like mods are way more common too.

I think they mismanaged their release here, as they're underpowered and overpriced, but at $11k and widely available mods to get the power up a bit = awesome deal.

Well, I'll just spoil things by saying it before him, he's ordered a white GT86 GT spec with some TRD additions, and bought a used 2JZ engine off of a friend..

2JZ in a rigid framed RWD under 1 tonne? It is going to be a monster!
