Really shows that Nintendo handheld domination. And wow did I overlook a ton of GBA games. All I played was pretty much Pokemon on GBA xD

i just notice noNES/SNES/GB games in the top 90+ score games, so i guess it wasnt. Sucks though, Tetris would be up here as well.

IGN gave Red/Blue a perfect score in 1999 and also gave Gold/Silver a perfect score in 2000.

IGN gave Yellow a perfect score in 1999 and Crystal a 9/10 in 2001.

If there were more review sites in the late 90s then the early Pokemon titles would definitely be over 90s.

Only 1 gen of pokemon though.... But it did have my favorite FireRed/LeafGreen remake! And ORAS coming out in a week!

My bet with The_Liquid_Laser: I think the Switch won't surpass the PS2 as the best selling system of all time. If it does, I'll play a game of a list that The_Liquid_Laser will provide, I will have to play it for 50 hours or complete it, whatever comes first.

It sucks today and it sucked back then. It's so clunky I find it nearly unplayable.

Dont forget score inflation. 90% in 2010 is like 85% in 2005 or something like that.

fire emblem awakening deserved every bit of that 92. i'm a little disappointed we wont be getting another fire emblem game until Code Steam comes out.

reviews mean nothing. some games get 90s but turn out to be terrible. some of the best games get 70- from the same reviewers. reviews are just the opinion of the reviewer, and not necessarily a professional one either.
