It's a content and quality of content question and not how fast a game can be beaten. Especially when it's due to the use of knowledge and/or various glitches which are inaccessible to any player who never touched said game.
Not every content is good content either. Collectibles that don't add anything, side missions where all you do is backtrack etc.
