#43. Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc: "Come on, badgenome! Can a game that Kresnik likes really be that good?!"

Yes. Yes, it can. And it's probably not smart to talk like that about Kresnik, Imaginary Questioner. Sure, he is kind of a jerk, but he's also a mod, you know.

Hint for #42: Where previous games in the series were from a top down perspective and required you to bump into enemies to attack them, this game departed from tradition by being a side scroller in which you actually *gasp* swung your sword to hit things! But the music is as rocking as ever.

Ys ... III?

My #43.

Not a big fan of shooters, but this game I enjoyed very much, mostly because of a well told story and some very interesting decisions you get to make throughout the game.

Game #43

This game once began development using the 'Die Hard' license and the end product still shows it. This deal however fell apart, and the console maker who developed it released it under a different name and theme in the arcades before eventually releasing a port of it on their failing console.

Dynamite Cop, I believe?

I'm impressed.

This is correct. This is a bit of an obscure game, but very awesome. I expected my last game to be guessed and not his one, but the opposite happened .

So noone guessed my #43. I'm upset. It's Saints Row: The Third

For #42, there's only one real hint.

"Pull! Pull! Pull! Pu...Uh oh, too far."

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

Visual hint for #43:

Civ V, maybe?

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

I've really fallen behind, I'll just continue from my 43rd later today.

I guess that for once my hint isn't too easy, here it is again for everyone:

#43 Hint: NES game with an open world, power ups that allow you to progress further, no hand holding whatsoever and insane difficulty.

Hint Part 2: I guess there's a lot of NES games that fit my description... The game I'm looking for has no save option and a limited number of continues which is part of the reason it's so hard to beat.
