49. Unreal Tournament (PC)

This game was a revolution; the first game marketed as a pure online shooter. Fast paced action, multiple game modes, superb level design and a plethora of weaponry made this game sublime. Unreal Engine and Epic would never have been so big if it hadn't been for this game's success.

Clue for 48:

This 2D game was re-released on iOS and Android earlier this year.

Hint for #48: It's not Ultima VI: The False Prophet.

Then could it be Bully?

#48. Not #1.

#49 Um Jammer Lammy  1999 PS NanaOn-Sha Sony

Um Jammer Lammy is the lesser known spin-off to Parapa the Rapper.  Its gameplay is extremely similair to Parapa's, by simply switching parapa rapping abilities woth lammy's guitar.  over the course of the game lammy must make it to the concert on time.  She also builds her own guitar from scratch, puts out the fire in a burning building, calms down some babies, and even visits chop chop master onion.  Leave it to Lammy!

Also, if you beat all the levels, you can unlock parapa to play in this game as well.  Not nearly as famous as parapa, but Um Jammer Lammy is everybit as good.

#48 This game's developer is known for Black and White (a PC game), and another franchise that is microsoft exclusive.  my #48 game is the third game in this microsoft exclusive franchise.

I've covered wars, y'know.

#49 - Bioshock: Infinite

For this game, the first thing I fell in love with was the art direction. The world that has been created for you is vibrant and beautiful. Even when I add to put the graphics on low because my poor old laptop couldn't take it anymore, Columbia remained awe inspiring (I really want to go back to it with my new computer now!). Bioshock: Infinite manage to take the unique FPS gameplay of its predecessor and move it to a totally different location giving a breath of fresh air to the franchise. The story is brillantly told, especially the character of Elizabeth who is at your side for most of the game. In true Bioshock fashion the plot is full of twists and turns and kept me captivated the whole way through.

Signature goes here!

#48 Hint: This prequel starts off with a Bond-esque theme song.
