#11 - Final Fantasy II (VI)

The SNES was truly the kind of consoles, it saw the glorious evolution of the Final Fantasy series with Final Fantasy IV and somehow managed to top that with the even better Final Fantasy VI.

Featuring a wide cast of interesting characters (except Gau, who cares about him) and the greatest vilain of all-time, the delighful Kefka. The game starts with The Returners wanting to fight against the evil Empire but then turns into a fight for the survival of existence when the truly mad Kefka gets his hand on ultimate power and plunges the whole world into ruin.

The fight system is fun and every character feels unique thanks to each of them having a special ability. Some characters are clearly superior to other but thankfully they happen to be the most interesting ones.

Once again, I must take some time to acknowledge the wonderful work of Nobuo Uematsu who scored this epic adventure brilliantly, now if you'll excuse me I'm going to listen to the Distant World version of Dancing Mad.

#10 - Secret of Mana

Did I mention before how awesome the SNES was? Well, here's one more reason: Secret of Mana, a multiplayer action RPG (something you don't see everyday). With three playable characters and a great selection of weapons and spells, all of which you could level up for added power and flashy attacks, this game captivated me for so many hours.

This is yet again a SNES game with a wonderful soundtrack full of happy up-beat songs, many very moving pieces and some down right crazy battle theme (Oracle!).  The locations you visit are beautiful and you get to use a dragon as your main mean of transportation! What's not to like?

Meeeeester Kennedy!

#9 - My best ranked Uncharted game. Top 10 is the toughest to choose ranking for, many games deserve to be places 3-10, so maybe next year this one climbs a few spots.

#10: Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trials and Tribulations

Guessed by: KLXVER

Considering the second game was great, but didn't quite achieve the level of amazeness of the first game (it did introduce a lot of mechanics that would later be an integral part of the saga, though), my expectations of the third game were at normal levels. And, oh boy, OH BOY! This is one of the few games that have ever gave me goosebumps when playing it. There's nothing to be found here that you haven't played already on the previous games, gameplay-wise; but the characters, story, soundtrack, puzzles and challenges and ending are exemplarily superb. I kinda wanted to cry too, at the end.

Hint for #9:

Wheel of cheese + portion of cheese = potion of fatigue recovery.

You blind-seeded me into thinking of Twilight Princess, but Yeti's soup goes Fish > Pumpkin > Goat Cheese. So just one cheese .

Thought this one would be guessed like the minute after I posted it, maybe it needs just a little extra .

Game #9

Game #9 has something to do with DK...
