 A game that breaths adventure, although it is also very much a third person shooter, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves is the epiphany of it's genre. Taking all the good things from it's peers like Indiana Jones and Tomb Raider, the game combines lighthearted expedition and exploration of the mysterious and unknown locations of the world with exciting fast-pased action sequences. Protagonist Drake, is what ever little boy dreams of being.

While the best game on the PlayStation 3, without a doubt, I did like the story of Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception better. It relied less on fantasy and was more believable. Featured in the list last year at #29, it loses to the second entry in the series because of it's gameplay. Here, the gameplay aspect is more refined, with better level-design and an overal more polished end product. Developer Naughty Dog consistently delivers excellent games to Sony platforms, let's hope they will continue this streak steadily approaching two decades now.
