I heard that PES stomps FIFA in South America and Asia and that it's actually growing in those markets. I read that PES 2012 sold 1m in Latin America, but I couldn't find a proper source, so not sure.

I guess we will never know real sales because VGC has a hard time tracking sales outside of the main three markets.

It's a huge difference compared to previous installments. 87 to 78 last year for FIFA. From -9 to +2. As I said, it at least means PES is a good game again, and according to some reviews, better than FIFA when it comes to football simulation.

I'm not gonna get a football game for a couple of years because I already have FIFA 14 and I only get 2-3 football games per generation, but I'm excited that my next football game could be a PES again.

Yeah it's true for Asia and i just got that from you about South America, but indeed is hard to track the sales on third world country but most of the sales come from Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore and some are imported from US. So if they track sales from the country I've  mentioned that's mean it's legit.

According to my friend PES compared to previous FIFA (i think when it's still on PS2 days) he said that PES is more balance and hard to play but fun and challenging, unlike FIFA which is easy to play and easy to win but easy to get bored. Maybe i can say like playing Dark Souls and playing Devil May Cry Lol

The two demos that I tried, made more than clear for me that PES 2015 is the better game.

No, I think that the great votes that got are dictated by the fact that it is much improved compared to the other years, but this doesn't mean that is better than Fifa.

This year's Fifa is a joke.

You can take a fast striker and run through the whole team like Maradona 86 and the defense, even if you are an experience player, is helpless.
You can make finesse shots from the midfield and there are good chances you score.
The goalkeepers are pathetic. 1 on 1 with a fast striker you can just run past them, without even changing direction.

It's not a football simulationm, it's a circus.

I've won the 1st league title in seasons in Fifa 12, 13 and 14 and the UT 1st league in 13 and 14. Now in Fifa 15 I'm in the 5th league and I don't even want to play anymore.

At least Eurogamer's review (the one I've read) plain says that its gameplay is better than FIFA's. And my impression from the demos is not too different.

This is great. A lot of people played PES once in the past when it was better than FIFA, so if PES can get the necessary licenses and build upon a the master league online and do something very popular that is fifa ultimate, then maybe it can get some users back. The thing is FIFA also has a lot of support on youtube, a lot of videos have millions and millions of views. This kind of word of mouth is difficult to defeat.
