Oh I hope I wasn't unclear. I should state that yes 60fps videos are great when you watch a good one it looks much better than a 30fps one.
Yeah PC footage needs to be watched more. But what I meant was, a lot of content that has been uploaded have been from consoles which only do 30fps, so people that say they don't notice a difference might only be exposed to fake 60fps. Also, I don't think the 60fps is backdated so everything that was uploaded is still just 30fps.
Youtube quality is very acceptable no doubt(and to a lot of people, great quality). I'm on a laptop so can't make a full judgement on that video. But Youtube still compresses video, so on video sources with a lot of grain(more so applies to real life) you'll lose detail and get banding/artefacts. And the video compression they use is rather poor. Some sources are ruined, some aren't.
