Yeap, in just one month (and a week or less) its currently the 2nd highest selling retail game in the US even surpassing games such as Fire Emblem/Pokemon X/Pokemon Y/Animal Crossing.

Currently #1 is LoZ ALBW (most likely thanks to the great limited bundle last holiday.

Its #6 overall on the eShop (as of Nov 8th)

by next npd, we should get #s again which means we should know ALBW has at least! SSB 3DS has 135k digital sales in its first 2 days... how much currently? 160k? 200k? Alot more?
