According to some it was outselling PS4 >3:1 the first week now it can barely manage to have one SKU ahead of the PS4 so yeah it is fizzling out according to those standards.

The consoles sold out. Not fizzled out. And if it is fizzling out while STILL ahead of PS4 then Black Friday will be huge.

If 2 weeks ago XB1 had 3 SKUs above the PS4. Then today it has only 1 SKU above the PS4 then it means its collectively selling less or at a slower rate than what it was before. That means it is fizzing out. Relax though, this is not saying the the XB1 won't still take november.

As for better deals.... almost all year round the XB1 had had the "better deals" 

And unless I am mistaken, only one of the SKUs is "sold out".

You are mistaken. Because the COD, Sunset, and the Standard X1 sku (even though it was a few spaces lower than PS4) sold out. This is the first time ever that Xbox One has had a lower price than PS4. And that's why its different from the deals almost all year round.

It will not in November.
We're in the last week right now.

Black Firday Ps4 deals will be the two new bundles.
So the normal Ps4 sku probably won't overtake the Xb1 Ac sku this month

You go from having 3:1 on amazon bestsellers list to just one (and that dropped alot) against an opponent that done no special deal, cut or any move at all and say it isn't fizzling?
