I don't know how but the PS4 Black Friday GTAV still number 3 while the other PS4 is still gaining rank for the hourly charts.

Listen, I usually go with Amazon, too.  However, this is Nov, Black Friday month.  Everything pretty much goes out the window if we are just going to use one source.  Now, I'm not saying it's 100% that they are going to be wrong, but this month there is a greater chance of it.  Especially when other retailers, larger ones, are going against their rankings, which didn't really happen the other months we looked at Amazon.

I mean, when you have the PS4 outselling the XBO ALL MONTH on the largest gaming retailers' sites, Wal-mart and Gamestop (sometimes 2:1, sometimes maybe more), then you start to question how accurate Amazon is going to be this month.  We also have confirmation from Wal-mart that they made sure to get 3x as many PS4s as they normally do.  I'm sure other retailers did similar numbers, as well.  Also, even though I'm sure the XBO was tearing it up at Target retail stores, the PS4 GTAV was tearing it up on their online store (if I remember correctly it reached #6 in the Top 100 for ALL electronics, before selling out), while the XBO was nowhere in their Top 100.

The quote you refer to for Walmart also suggested that they had tripled the amount of every other console.

And still I don't see why the trend in this particular month should be wrong. It's not like they changed their method or people stopped shopping for PS4s on Amazon. According to them PS4 might as well won BF but also according to them it wasn't enough to win all of November which is pretty much in line with everything else including VGC numbers for the past 3 weeks.

True, but they made a point to refer to PS4 by name, while lumping the others together.  This makes me believe that the PS4 got way more shipments than any other console.  And sales from previous months would back that up. 

And nothing has changed Amazon's method.  I mean they don't really have a method, since all they do is list how who has sold the most on THEIR site.  What has changed about the situation, though, is we have other retailers showing something completely different about the month.  Something that hasn't happened in previous months.

Only thing I can think of is that sales have dropped off incredibly since Friday (which is what normally happens), and sales from 3rd party sellers are enough to keep it up in the charts.

Impressive at 499$. Did it go at 399$ again in two days ??

There is no way in hell that GTAV Bundle from random off-Amazon sellers is #3 right now.

That actually gives fantastic ammo to those that are saying that Amazon is somewhat broken at the moment. Things aren't updating or moving correctly through the ranks.

Thats alot of PS4s also as I predicted 399 Desti y PS4 shooting to the top. They should keep this deal along with the GTAV on and also drop Batman in the lBP3 bundle and charge 369 thos three would be pos 1 2 and 3 heading I to the christmas week. Thoughts?
