Retail.

You don't need inFAMOUS: Second Son to play it btw.

It's like Festival of Blood was for InFamous 2. It's technically DLC, but it's stand alone DLC.

It's actually only retail in EU. NA is digital download only.

i was planning to buy it last week actually but then i missed the boat on that spend $100 and get $15 back sale.  i can wait for free now.
