I gotta ask: why show Kirby, which is only coming out in the second half of 2015 (as originally predicted) and why not show Mario Maker, Yoshi and Project Giant Robot? Wasn't this supposed to be the games coming out up to Spring? Where are they? I really hope that Splatoon at least comes out in March. With 9 games announced for 2015, at least, with one per month, there really wouldn't be droughts after the first quarter drought - which would still be very bad. |
Because Kirby is being released in February everywhere except Europe.
2015 was supposed to be full of games... haha.

What?
At first i wasn't sure if you were serious or not, 'cause i didn't read anything until i saw the ND. Now i know you are serious and i can't wrap my head around it. So everyone is getting Kirby in February and Europe is getting it only in the second-half?
Again: 0_0?!?
So, Europe gets Captain Toad in January and the rest of the world gets Kirby in February. That means 1 game out in the 1Q and in the second we all get Splatoon. Which could meananything from March until May.
If that's Nintendo's strategy for the first half, good luck lifting Wii U's sales next year! :(

Calm down, they never said the direct would feature literally every game releasing in the first half of next year. I think it's very likely we see another direct in January that goes over the entire Q1-Q2 lineup. Something like this seems plausible.
