For know there is nothing Phil Spencer can do, his basic principle is to become the best PR for the company, the best gamers icon that love by the fans, become likeable person who hopefully on this generation will bit by bit recover Xbox brand.

His doing good, what do you expect, he came to calm the fans from madness, from what matrix has done with the Xbox brand. From what i see his doing good, well there will not much thing to do because what he can do for know is become the icon of a humble guy :D

Why would his job be on the line? He's one of the few people at Microsoft who knows what they're doing.

Well, i dont think anyone would have made the xbox one what it is now if not for him. The xbox one may pick up this holiday with crazy deals going around now so i guess he still has a lot more time before hes given the boot.

Yep we are in a generation where the position in the console race is bigger than the profit.  

 

Something I learned from the video card industry, don't trust the sale figure. Nvidia and Amd are having the biggest part of the pie, but it is Matrox with its 3% that make more profit.
