Valkyria Chronicles Coming To PC On November 11th, Will Support Keyboard + Mouse, 60FPS Confirmed

SEGA has announced that Valkyria Chronicles will launch for Windows PC via Digital Download on November 11th, that it will support 60fps and resolutions higher than 1080p (depending on users’ monitors), that it will support remappable controls, and that the “keyboard/mouse” control scheme will be supported.

Valkyria Chronicles will come bundled with all the DLC that was available for the original PlayStation 3 game including:

· Hard EX Mode (harder versions of skirmish missions in the main game)
· Edy’s Mission “Enter the Edy Detachment” (a side story campaign)
· Selveria’s Mission “Behind Her Blue Flame” (a side story campaign)
· Challenge of the Edy Detachment (six challenge missions)

Now localized VC3 and we are all set :D

VC can't be like FFXIII, it's actually a good game.

Pretty poor selection of settings but that's certainly better than an unnamed entry in the Final Fantasy series lately... And that actually seems like the most important settings anyway. I'm actually slightly impressed by how you can set a limit to framerate. You can't do that in too many native PC games even, and you really should be able.

As long as they're ported to Ps3/4 as well. Screw them if they bypass PS home consoles a second time.

It's about what I would expect for this kind of port. Seems like it is a solid effort with the basic visual settings (resolution, VSync, windowed support) plus an unlocked framerate. It would be nice to have built in AA and AF but they are easy enough to add through drivers etc. There is also fully usable mouse and keyboard controls with remapable key bindings and the correct button prompts.
