Looks pretty nice but I am going to wait for more details before getting excited about these

Yeah, I won't be picking up this one. I'm convinced that any developer not named "Rockstar" just uses "open-world gaming" as an excuse to code vast, barren wastelands in order to pad out the game's length with tedious travel time.
The second one looks awesome, though. The world always needs more third-person shooters.

Those scans do look pretty interesting. I like the setting in the second one and the character models in the first one.
