Well that's not surprising. But Chinese people have to realize that not all games can be cheap and pirated.

The one who put Sunset Overdrive there is really a true believer

36k pre-orders in china were confirmed as well as huge lines in china at launch. Pre-orders were already distributed on the 23rd so those werent pre-order lines. the 50k-80k is most likely very accurate. Its after the initial release to when people are/will be more hesitant.  This has been well known for a while that its a country that will need to be worked on.  Its a start and it was expected to have a dropoff after launch like any other launch.   Theyre aiming for 1m and Sony is aiming for 200k in the first year.  That is pretty decent for an a country that isnt established.  

Some of you guys though -_-  PS.  Tier 2 countries boosted XBO by a pretty good margin in September including a good launch in China

PSTV is a much better proposition for the Chinese market. Cheap and cheerful and fits in your pocket. I don't think the PS4 will do particularly well there.
