The number of true 360 exclusives is tiny.
Almost everything will have better PC versions - easily pirated instead of 60 bucks, no online charges, mod support, increasingly much better graphics - leaving people with very little reason to pick up a 360. This is something Microsoft has completely blown. They have by far the smallest number of first party developers making true exclusive games that can only be played on a 360. I think Microsoft only has around 4 actual first party developers now. Rare, Lionhead, Turn 10, and that company doing that new Halo game. Nintendo has around 10, and Sony has around 20.
It's too easy for Microsoft to fall back on PC developers as a substitute for actual first party console only developers.
