Same, couldn't believe they gave the game a 10. 

The last one I remember was I think mario Galaxy, or Galaxy 2. Both of which I'm not 100% sure they actually got 10's

That was Galaxy 2, and yeah I remember being really surprised when they did that too given not even the original got a perfect score from them. In fact has there been another 10/10 Nintendo review from them since Galaxy 2 before now? I can't think of any.

According to Wiki, Gamespot has only given 7 games a perfect score before Bayonetta 2, starting 16 years ago with OoT being the first and SMG2 was the most recent. So wow only the 8th perfect score from them for this, this really is a big deal for it there.

Typical Platinum game, amazing reviews and terrible sales. I mean if Bayo1 wasnt good enough for Sega than Bayo2 really isnt going to be impressing anybody saleswise, well maybe Nintendo will go for Bayo3 but I think this is the end of the series unfortunately.

We will see if Nintendo will be able to build on this. But yes, it will probably don't pass the 500 000. If it reached 1 million it would be very surprising.
