-New bosses (and maybe new sub weapons)
-New adventure mode maps (these are pretty much the meat of the game)
-More story chapters would be nice, but not needed

-MM pack = Majora/Skull kid, and Deku Princess (to continue with Link's harem and princess characters). Fierce Deity link weapon.
-TP pack = Midna's true form, or Ashei

Maybe an actual online mode?

Voice pack! Hearing characters speak would be much better.

Would say I enjoyed the game but I'm unlikely to buy any more warriors games - at least for a while.

Did you try Adventure Mode?

It's got A LOT more content then Legend Mode (Story).

Indeed. I'm not saying thre isn't a lot of content. It's just my interest in the game diminished dramatically once I was through with the story.
