It fits perfectly, especially with the spin-off Chains of Olympus hitting March 2008.

Well I would call it fast if they have GOW III next year in March..

It took them 5 years to make the PS2 version..

Other than the fact that dev times have significantly increased and GoW II could rely heavily on pre-built assets. That's a pretty big wrench in that theory. 

We'll see, though. I personally expect it late 2009.

God of War 3 is coming, nice useful post - stay tuned because next in the stating the obvious posts we cover "you need electricity to get the most out of your HD experience".
