It's possible that a game such as Yoshi's Woolly World or Mario Maker could come out in February. In fact, Nintendo has said that Splatoon, Mario Maker, Yoshi's Woolly World, and Project Giant Robot will release in the first half of 2015, so any of those could come out in February.

Nothing has been announced for a February release date on Nintendo platforms, so I guess November is indeed the better month for Wii U/3DS. But its up for debate for the rest.
