When is that happening?

I'm going to say around China's biggest holiday: Chinese New Years. People go out shopping and give gifts and red envelopes to each other. Sony can take advantage of the festivities and have a good launch.

PS4 hasn't even launched in China, and I doubt that it would take Sony another year to release it there. Once it releases it will sell some units there as well which when combined with Japan sales will be enough to overcome XB1 in China + Japan.
